Do you need more hours in your day to focus on a new project, or spend more time with your family?
Are you overwhelmed and overworked and would love to delegate the details to an experienced personal assistant, but don’t have the resources to employ one full-time?
Do you have a big project [conference, trip] coming up, and need some help with organising the details?
If any of these sound like you, then you may like to know how I can make a difference to your life.
My name is Natalie Algar-Hedderson, I’m a virtual assistant (VA) and I love taking care of the details so that you have space to breathe and focus on more important things.
With nine years experience as a personal assistant, my time management is legendary, I have the utmost respect for your confidentiality, and I’m a fast learner. This makes me a great choice as a VA. I will help you organise your time, plan your travel and events, and apply my excellent organisational skills to your business.
Why hire a Virtual Assistant?
Simply, who doesn’t need assistance in today’s world? Running a business takes a lot of work and time, and if you can outsource some of the administrative tasks that consume your work day and keep you from growing your core business, then why not hire a Virtual Assistant (VA)? Hiring a VA saves you not only time but money. In today’s economy hiring a full-time assistant may not be a viable option, nor is employing a full-time assistant but not needing them full-time. Because VAs work on an “as needed” basis, hiring a VA can save you money. You don’t have to worry about benefits, equipment or supplies.
It is important to build trust with a Virtual Assistant, as with any other employee, and ultimately they become a member of your team, they just happen to work off site. And while there are professionals available for tasks such as data entry and travel arrangements it is convenient to have one source to complete these tasks, further minimising your admin.
