My name is Natalie Algar-Hedderson, I’m a virtual assistant (VA) and I love taking care of the details so that you have space to breathe and focus on more important things.

With nine years experience as a personal assistant, my time management is legendary, I have the utmost respect for your confidentiality, and I’m a fast learner. This makes me a great choice as a VA. I will help you organise your time, plan your travel and events, and apply my excellent organisational skills to your business.

My name is Natalie Algar-Hedderson and I am located in Cape Town, South Africa, having lived and worked previously in the United Kingdom. My qualifications include a BSc (Hons) degree and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Secondary Education. My work experience includes 6 years as a High School Mathematics and Science teacher, followed by 9 years as an Executive and Personal Assistant.

I am married with 2 young sons. I am a cricket enthusiast and enjoy whipping up a batch of cupcakes when time permits. I love to decorate them.

My most recent position as an Executive and Personal Assistant required frequent communication with the United States. I am capable of representing your business globally, being aware of the necessary cultural differences.

My pricing is structured as follows on a per month basis. Upfront payment is based on the expected number of hours worked.

1-5 hours

  • R280/hr
  • 50% due upfront with the balance due on completion of hours worked

6 – 10 hours

  • R260/hr
  • 50% due upfront with the balance due on completion of hours worked

11 – 15 hours

  • R240/hr
  • 40% due upfront with the balance due on completion of hours worked

16+ hours

  • R220/hr
  • 30% due upfront with the balance due on completion of hours worked
